"We were fortunate to attend the wine dinner at Bandon Bill's Seafood Grill, and what an event! It was a 5-course dinner with wine pairings from Girardet Vineyards, with menu selections created by Bandon Bill's General Manager Denise. Philippe, the owner and winemaker for Girardet introduced each of the 5 wines with his own personal touch, humor and knowledge. Denise described each dish and why it was selected for that wine. The food was fantastic! I know several guests were asking for the recipes afterward. Good food, excellent wine, warm and friendly service among friends made for an unforgettable evening."
